On June 29th, Andy’s Frozen Custard and Lakewood Brewing Co. joined forces to create history with the world’s largest beer float at Lakewood Brewing’s taproom in Garland, TX. The record-breaking float featured 50 scoops of Andy’s famous frozen custard and 75 pints (1200 ounces) of Lakewood’s renowned Temptress Imperial Milk Stout.
Crowds from all over gathered to witness and indulge in the spectacular beer float, alongside kid-friendly versions featuring Andy’s Frozen Custard paired with Lakewood’s house-made root beer. Andy’s treat truck was on-site during the event, offering guests a variety of treats, including creamy Concretes and customizable sundaes. Those in attendance also had the opportunity win exciting prizes and take home exclusive merchandise commemorating the historic event.
“This collaboration with Andy’s Frozen Custard to create the world’s largest beer float was a fantastic experience,” said Wim Bens, founder and president of Lakewood Brewing. “It was incredible to see so many people come out to enjoy the event and be a part of this record-breaking moment.”
