Holy smokes. SweetWater Brewing Co. has helped put together one wicked craft beer music fest. Cage the Elephant, Primus, Beats Antique, Thievery Corporation, Slightly Stoopid, 311 — these are all bands you can catch at the three-day rock-a-thon called SweetWater 420 Festival. Craft beer, music and weed (we assume) will all be on display, and we like all of those things (except maybe 311).
Happy Ending Productions (the folks in charge of pulling this shin-dig together) recently unveiled the full weekend schedule for the 11th annual three-day SweetWater 420 Festival April 17-19, at Centennial Olympic Park, presented by SweetWater Brewing. General admission and VIP “Big Fish” single day tickets are now available for purchase right here.
“Planning is well underway to transform Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park into the ultimate festival experience, and tickets are moving quickly,” stated Jennifer Bensch, president of Happy Ending Productions. “We have limited three day tickets remaining, and with the release of our single-day ticket options, we expect to sell out soon,”
Headliners day-by-day schedule includes:
Friday, April 17
Snoop Dogg, Thievery Corporation, Cold War Kids and Beats Antique
Saturday, April 18
Cage the Elephant, Primus, Gov’t Mule and The Floozies
Sunday, April 19
311, Moe. and Slightly Stoopid and The Wailers
There’s lots of other stuff too — like a 5K run — but who wants to do that? If you do, visit www.sweetwater420fest.com for a detailed and up-to-date weekend festival schedule for all stages, Relapse 420 Comedy Tent, Not-So-Silent-Disco, the 5K run and the SweetWater Experience. Hey, maybe we’ll see you there after all.
