Scofflaw expands hemp-derived beverage line, offers contract services to other brands

Scofflaw Brewing in Atlanta is ready to enter the nascent non-alcoholic market with a line of THC-infused beverages. At the same time, Scofflaw is extending their expertise in the hemp-derived beverage market to other brands.

“We are excited to expand the Scofflaw brand into the growing market of sober-curious beverages since this is an avenue we have been looking at for quite some time,” says Chief Operating Officer JP Watts. “We also have the unique capability to contract produce or white-label for brands interested in creating and crafting their own product in this new and growing space.”

First, the drinks: Launching with two flavors, including a Southern-inspired Lemonade and Sweet Tea, these refreshing zero-calorie beverages are here to lift spirits without weighing consumers down. Each sip contains endless opportunities, allowing sippers to build the perfect experience they desire or simply sip and enjoy. Featuring 5mg of THC per can, these beverages deliver the same characteristics and qualities that Scofflaw consumers have come to know and love.

On the contract side, Scofflaw can use their cutting-edge production capabilities to assist companies with conceptualizing, formulating, and packaging hemp-infused beverages.

“Scofflaw has been doing this in the beer market successfully for quite some time but now has the ability to expand into the hemp-derived beverage industry,” Watts says. “We are here to put out great products and help others do the same.”

Extensive research and development have gone into crafting flavors that consumers want while making sure they are delicious at the same time. In addition, Scofflaw is partnering with emulsion manufacturers to ensure the best quality and safest ingredients are featured in Scofflaw’s own products as well as those they help create.
