Saint Archer Brewing Co., the MillerCoors owned San Diego brewery, is opening its new tasting room in Leucadia, the beach community located in the coastal city of Encinitas. Opening this month, the new 1,200-sq-ft tasting room will feature 30 taps offering their core beer selections and specialty brews only available at the new tasting room and the main brewery. With ties to surf culture, the Leucadia tasting room is a natural fit for Saint Archer.
The 30 taps will pour Saint Archer staples like the Blonde Ale, White Ale, Pale Ale, Mosaic IPA, Mexican Lager, Citra Session IPA, Coco Stout and more. Cans, bombers and crowlers will also be available for beer to go. The tasting room design will be simplistic with a mix of wood and concrete and will showcase local artists including photography from Saint Archer’s brand ambassadors. In the coming months, the tasting room will host art shows and screenings just in time for summer and also be partnering with non-profit organizations including SurfAid, Pink Boots Society and more.
Saint Archer began operations in 2013 and currently operates in a 57,000-sq-ft, five-vessel, 40-bbl brewhouse. Available in seven states across the Pacific region, with plans to expand again, Saint Archer produces roughly 40,000 barrels of beer each year.
