Pike Brewing has done it again. The legendary Seattle-based brewing brand announced the grand opening of its newest taproom. The Pike Taproom Summit is located right next door to the Seattle Convention Center.
“We are thrilled to open our latest Pike taproom location to welcome locals and visitors alike,” said Drew Gillespie, President of Pike Brewing. “Our growth and expansion now provides us with yet another avenue to connect with the diverse communities across Seattle that make our city so great.”
What’s notable about the new location? First, it is a primo spot. It will attract not just convention attendees, but folks on Capitol Hill or those attending a show at the Paramount. Plus, whoever else is wandering downtown.
With seating for 13 inside and 24 outside, it’s the perfect spot for a post-work pint, a quick bite before a show, or a chance to melt away the Seattle Freeze and meet new people.
For food, they are keeping things simple with gourmet hot dogs and brats — from classics like the Seattle Dog and Bavarian Brat, or something adventurous like the Cajun Dog.
