Biking and craft beer is a thing, as you well know. New Belgium Brewing Co. actually has a bike on its logo, and its classic Fat Tire brand is named after Cofounder Jeff Lebesch’s trip through Europe where he rode his mountain bike with “fat tires” through famous beer villages. Everyone from Oskar Blues to Victory Brewing promotes cycling is some fashion. Billionaire businessman and Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Founder Ken Grossman is also a huge bike fan. Just read this previous post where Grossman convinces 10 employees to go on a Death Ride with him.
In more recent biking news, Sierra Nevada is giving away a custom-everything Sierra Explorer bike right now, made alongside Paul Component Engineering, BTCHN’ Bikes and a bunch of other industry greats. Maybe instead of convincing yourself to actually work after a long, beer-soaked holiday weekend, maybe just enter here for a chance to win that sweet cycle, and then head straight back to bed, dreaming of riding cross country in that beautiful Explorer saddle. That’s my plan. What could go wrong?
