Great Divide Brewing Co. and Vibe Concepts are teaming up to open a second location of Great Divide Brewing & Roadhouse next month in Lone Tree, Colo. The two hospitality companies opened the inaugural Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse in Castle Rock, Colo. in May 2020, as the first licensing location of Great Divide outside Denver International Airport.
“Despite opening in arguably the most difficult time for a restaurant in history, Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse in Castle Rock has far exceeded our expectations and has been met with wild fan fair,” said Vibe Concepts Co-Founder Dan Shipp. Vibe Concepts is the parent company of local favorites Tstreet Roadhouse, Roadhouse Boulder Depot, Spanky’s Roadhouse and Reivers Bar and Grill. “Alongside the phenomenal partner that is Great Divide, we can’t wait to bring standout beer, elevated comfort food and unparalleled ambiance to the Lone Tree community.”
And hey, why stop here? Vibe Concepts plans to open a third Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse in 2025 in downtown Lakewood, Colo.’s Belmar shopping district.

To build out and design the 8,200-sq-foot space, Vibe Concepts leveraged UNUM collaborative architecture firm and Jordy Construction. The space is anchored by a massive mahogany bar underneath a copper ceiling and features a heated four-season patio, connected to the interior by two large garage doors. The space also has a private dining area that can be closed off for events for up to 75.
“With Great Divide Brewery & House, Lone Tree is gaining an exceptional business lunch destination, brunch and dinner hotspot, and a gorgeous taproom,” said Vibe Concepts Director of Operations Justin Adrian. “We’re looking forward to opening this neighborhood eatery and creating lifelong fans of Vibe Concepts.”
Led by Executive Chef James Doxon, the modern brewpub will offer elevated comfort food for brunch, lunch and dinner, including decadent burgers, fresh entrée salads, innovative pizzas, succulent steaks, memorable desserts and beloved pub favorites that the restaurant group is synonymous with. The concept will have 14 Great Divide taps, though no on-site brewing, including two taps of experimental, small batch beers brewed in Castle Rock. They will also have a full wine and cocktail menu.
The lunch menu features classic sandwiches, including Pastrami Reuben, Peach Habanero Chicken and Gyros, as well as a selection of pizzas, burgers, tacos, wings and salads. Dinner items include Chicken Pot Pie, Blackened Fish Tacos, and Fish & Chips –some of the familiar flavors that patrons know and love from Vibe Concepts. Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse’s standout item is its Fried Chicken, brined for 24 hours and cooked to order. Meat lovers will be pleased with the five-hour braised short Rib, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Surf & Turf, and 14-ounce sliced-to-order 1855 Prime Ribeye.
