If you’re an avid Android user like some of the Craft Brewing Business crew, you may sometimes feel like Google is ingrained in every part of your life. Now, you can add craft beer to the list of things that Google gets its hands into: the technology super giant recently hosted Steve Hindy, founder of the Brooklyn Brewery, to discuss his latest book “The Craft Beer Revolution: How a Band of Microbrewers Is Transforming the World’s Favorite Drink” in one of its latest Talks at Google.
Outside of giving a crash course in craft beer history, he dives into what makes a successful brewery, with stories that also feature Deschutes Brewery, New Belgium, Dogfish Head and Harpoon. We know it’s longer than those hilarious cat videos you usually watch on YouTube, but this one is definitely worth a look. When else can you glean insight from one of the industry’s master brewers?
