It’s been some time since we checked in with our friends at The Beer Diaries. As kindred spirits — both launching craft beer-focused content sites in 2013 — we’re big fans of video game developer turned craft beer show host Greg Zeschuk’s project to profile craft breweries. In the latest episode, Zeschuk grabs a beer with Live Oak Brewing Co.‘s Chip McElroy to talk beer and the brewing process.
