The Arizona Craft Brewers Guild is focused on promoting the responsible consumption of brewery products, and in support of this mission, is partnering with Uber this year to ensure safe rides for all.
Uber has been, and will continue to be, a fixture at all major Guild festivals and events throughout 2016, from the Arizona Strong Beer Festival, to Baja Oktoberfest. For many events, attendees have access to discounts simply by utilizing Uber’s services, and the ridesharing service plans to offer free rides for first-time riders when they enter a promotional code.
“It’s a partnership that makes perfect sense,” said Rob Fullmer, the executive director of the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild. “We’ve worked together unofficially on numerous events in the past, so it seemed like the next logical step. Uber is a great resource for our state’s craft beer drinkers, and we’re looking forward to working together to encourage safe drinking.”

“Uber is very pleased to launch an official partnership with the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild,” said Steve Thompson, Uber Arizona general manager. “Uber is dedicated to providing reliable transportation options to individuals across the Grand Canyon state to ensure riders get home safely.”
