Arizona Wilderness Brewing partners with Quail Distributing
Quail Distributing, a leading alcohol distributor and wholesaler, recently announced it would partner with Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. to bring the brewery’s unique, nature-inspired beers to a wider audience in Arizona. Founded in 2013, Arizona Wilderness is unique among breweries for its steadfast commitment to environmentalism and its message to customers: “Drink Like You Care.” Its beers are made with local ingredients (often foraged from the wilderness itself) and are all made using Arizona-grown Sinagua Malt, which helps save millions of gallons of water in the state each year.
Ten years in, Arizona Wilderness operates across three locations: the original Gilbert brewpub, a European-inspired beer garden in downtown Phoenix, and Woodnotes, a wild ale production and barrel-aging facility in Gilbert. The brewery is consistently rated the best in Arizona and among the top 100 breweries worldwide. Despite its growth and success, Wilderness remains true to its mission to create beers with locally grown, natural ingredients that inspire purpose and passion, driving fans to become a force for good in Arizona and beyond.
“Arizona Wilderness has long been a brewery that we admire,” said Shawn Hillman, director of independent craft for Quail Distributing. “Their passion for brewing great beer with a focus on quality and sustainability is what sets them apart from other breweries. We look forward to bringing their exceptional beers to even more people throughout Arizona.”
Through this partnership, Quail Distributing will now bring the incredible line of Wilderness beers to a wider audience in Arizona. Starting in May, drinkers across the state can expect to see more of the brewery’s core beers, such as: the award-winning hazy IPA, La Ciudad; the irreverent honey blonde ale, Don’t F*** It Up; and the I-can’t-believe-it’s-non-alcoholic IPA, Arizo[na]. Excitingly, Quail will also expand the availability of Wilderness’ large (and growing) portfolio of barrel-aged sour ales, including the lambic-inspired wild ale, Camp Coolship, and the legendary peach-infused saison, Sonoran Prince.
“Partnering with Quail allows us to grow and share our passion for brewing adventurous beers that truly represent the Arizona wilderness,” said Jonathan Buford, founder of Arizona Wilderness Brewing. “We’re thrilled to join forces with a distribution team that shares our values and will help bring our beer to more craft beer lovers.”

Good Dogg Beverage expands outside of Northeast, bringing hard seltzer to Missouri
Good Dogg Beverage Co., recently announced plans to build upon its success in the Northeast by signing a distribution agreement to bring its line of premium hard seltzers to the state of Missouri. The partnership with Craft Republic Distributing, a specialty beverage distributor based in St. Louis, Missouri, will bring Good Dogg Premium Hard Seltzer to St. Louis, Kansas City and Springfield beginning May 2023.
Currently available in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Jersey, Good Dogg’s expansion into Missouri marks the first step in the company’s broader strategy to maximize the momentum of the well-received New England brand by introducing it to new markets.
“After seeing the success of the brand and philanthropic business model in the Northeast, we were eager to find an opportunity to create and foster a connection in the Midwest,” said Good Dogg Beverage Company CEO and Founder Tony Venturoso. “We’re excited to bring our premium beverage to the people of Missouri while creating the opportunity to give back. By expanding our distribution footprint, we can impact the lives of more families.”
The philanthropic efforts of the beverage company are seen through its Leverage the Beverage program, which provides funding from a portion of every beverage purchase for people, particularly children, to have access to the support of a trained service dog. Good Dogg will impact the communities across Missouri, helping pair those in need to service dogs to enhance their quality of life.
“We knew we had a great product on our hands the first time we tasted Good Dogg Seltzers. Then to learn about the purpose-driven aspect, it grabbed our hearts and minds,” said Brian Dix, owner and founder of Craft Republic Distributing. “Our great retail partners and their customers throughout the state are supporting a really special mission with Good Dogg products.”
Specific retail locations offering Good Dogg Premium Hard Seltzer in each market will become available on the Good Dogg website (https://gooddoggbeverage.com/find-us/).
Indian-inspired Rupee Beer enters Connecticut
Rupee Beer is on a mission to bring Indian craft beer to the world, and the brand recently announced its expansion into another strategic market — Connecticut. Rupee Beer is specially brewed to pair with Indian, spicy and world cuisine. It is the first Indian-inspired beer to bridge the gap between world cuisine and craft brewing, with placement at select Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Costco and Total Wine locations. Rupee is growing the presence of its multi award winning lager at 4.75 percent ABV fast, with availability across 10+ states.
Brothers Van & Sumit Sharma, sons of Punjabi restaurateurs in the business internationally for over 45 years, found themselves continually frustrated they could not find any Indian beer in Maine — the least diverse state in America where their family immigrated to from the United Kingdom and Germany in the early 90s. They decided to not only create their own beer, but set out to game change the food and beverage industry in a bold and diverse way. The Sharma brothers strategically partnered with global craft brewing legend Alan Pugsley, 40+ year master beer brewer, lover of Indian food as a British expat and creator of over 80+ global beer brands, to create Rupee Beer and rewrite everything society understands about craft lager as it relates to spicy world cuisine.
Brewed with pristine quality in mind and premium rice, maize, malt and three types of hops, Rupee Beer dismantles the traditional lager experience by lowering levels of carbonation to allow for a more comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
