Today, Roger Bialous is our guide for “high level beer brewing 101.” As co-founder of Georgetown Brewing Co. in Seattle, Wash., Bialous knows how to make high-caliber craft beer, and he shows us in this video. Currently, Georgetown Brewing is only a production draft brewery, which means making beer and filling kegs (new brewpub and no bottling). Right now, the brewery is concentrating on dynamic draft beer, which you can sample around town or by stopping by for a growler.
