A&E Conveyor Systems has been in the conveyor business for more than a quarter century, providing engineering and custom design solutions for both new lines and line extensions for breweries of all shapes and sizes. Yet, the Canton, Ga.-based company provides more than simple conveying by making available cleaning, sanitizing and rinsing systems that will complete your back-end operations.
A&E says that it can design and produce custom container washing and rinsing systems that include quick changeover features, container inverters, gravity tracks, control diagnostics and access platforms. These systems include A&E’s Pur-Rinse Waterless Rinsing, Water Rinsing, Full Can Washers and Container Dryers.
Pur-Rinse waterless cleaning
This is an A&E original, according to the company. “We were the first to introduce a commercially acceptable system for replacing conventional water rinsing systems. The A&E Pur-Rinse System is based on our patented Air-Vac technology. We now offer Pur-Rinse Systems for cleaning all types of non-returnable containers.”
This Air-Vac technology uses high pressure ionized air as the cleaning agent, combined with a continuous vacuuming process to help remove debris. The system has built-in diagnostic features and an internal alarm function to ensure proper operation. The company believes this Pur-Rinse system improves quality, saves water, eliminates residual water in the container and eliminates microbial issues.
The full Pur-Rinse line includes:
- Pur-Rinse Waterless Can Rinser;
- Pur-Rinse SGI-Side Grip Inverter Waterless Rinser;
- Pur-Rinse Waterless Conversion Kit; and
- Pur-Rinse Blower Based System.
