Aquatherm will exhibit its polypropylene-random (PP-R) piping systems in Booth #3000 at the Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America 2018 in Nashville, May 1-3. Large and small brewers from coast to coast are embracing Aquatherm pipe for applications such as glycol lines, domestic water, heating and cooling, reclaimed water and CO2 lines.
PP-R pipe is durable, chemically inert, and has an estimated 60-year lifespan. It won’t react with water or most dissolved chemicals in the water. This prevents corrosion, scaling and erosion, the three major causes of long-term piping failure. And unlike copper or steel, PP-R won’t leach any trace chemicals into the fluids it carries or the surrounding environment.
In addition, Aquatherm adheres to the strictest production standards for sustainability, using the lowest impact manufacturing processes available. At the end of its service life Aquatherm pipe is fully recyclable and it can contribute to LEED v4 credits.
“Just as many craft brewers are making their marks with exceptional and unique products, Aquatherm is revolutionizing the way microbreweries are piped,” said Barry Campbell, Aquatherm’s vice president of marketing. “Aquatherm PP-R pipe has been selected for use in brewing establishments all over the U.S. and Canada, and it can help you create a better beer at your brewery. We take pride in producing the cleanest, greenest, most reliable piping systems available on the market.”
