We’ve shouted out Lotus Beverage a few times since the Alliance made its debut in April. ICYMI, Lotus Beverage is comprised of six companies — Alpha Brewing Operations, GW Kent, Twin Monkeys, Stout Tanks and Kettles, Brewmation, and Automated Extractions — that merged to function as a one-stop shop for craft beverage producers.
The reason we keep shouting them out, is the group’s ability to help small business owners finance their entire expensive operations. From our CBC chat with Managing Partners David Feierstein and Jesse Yao …
The suppliers in the alliance will benefit from economies of scale, which will result in savings and benefits for buyers. But the bigger headline is its ability to finance the purchasing of all of that equipment plus anything else. Without needing to put money down, a startup could nail down a reasonable monthly payment that finances its entire operation, from a financier that fully understands the business model and has priced its options accordingly.
And if that intrigues you — and it might have if you clicked on this headline — Lotus is promoting a Red, White and Brew Canning Sale through July 9.
- You can get 15% off select Alpha & Twin Monkeys canning systems when you put 15% down.
- G.W. Kent is offering 15% off “sitewide” with offer code USA15 at checkout
“With typical approval responses within 24 hours & competitive interest rates, we are making it easier than ever for craft brewers to create and get their new products to market without the burden of up-front costs.”
This wasn’t a paid spot, just thought it was a good deal to pass along for those in the market. Might also help to read our Canning Line Buyer’s Guide from a few years ago for addition insight.
