Sycamore Brewing will be enhancing the guest experience at its brand-new South End taproom opening later this month by introducing its very own in-house food menu.
Designed for any-time dining with vegan and gluten-free options available, guests will now be able to order a variety of plates and shareables featuring fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers and artisans.
Menu callouts include Shrimp Dip with pickled peppadew relish, spicy mustard and fresh herbs, gourmet handhelds like Italian or Roast Beef sandwiches served hot, White Pizza with tarte flambee or Red Pizza with sausage and Calabrian chili, Egg Salad Tartine with fresh herbs, arugula and summer truffle aioli, French fries for dipping (or drenching) in Sycamore sauce or Mountain Candy mustard, soft serve for dessert and more.
On the second floor of the taproom, Sycamore’s custom-built airstream will be parked to serve up unique burger selections food-truck style.
Each morning, the brand-new Sycamore Café concept will offer in-house brewed coffee, overnight oats, baked goods from local bakeries and breakfast sandwiches like The Bacon Sandwich with egg over medium, bacon, sharp white cheddar, arugula, tomato and house-made Dijonnaise. The family-friendly brewery will also provide pizza, hot dog, and grilled cheese options for even the pickiest of pallets.
“Once we decided to move our taproom, we knew we’d want to take advantage of the larger space to experiment with our own menu,” says Sycamore Brewing Owner Sarah Brigham. “We’re proud to be evolving into a destination that has so much more to offer beyond delicious beers and food trucks. We hope our guests come hungry and leave happy and full!”
