Beers. There’s a lot of them, and more coming every day. Keeping track of them is a 24/7 job, which is why I have a Clockwork Orange-style work station. Sleep would be nice, sure, but at least I get to work from home. Here are your beers to know this week.

“We were really excited to partner with Stone on a new brew for 2021, and Dual Exposure is the perfect way for both breweries to merge our skill sets and shared passion for beer,” says Ryan Crisp, Head Brewer/Director of Brewery Operations at AleSmith. “The creative and collaborative process of developing recipes with their brew team is always an enjoyable experience that we look forward to.”
Beer? Wine? Four Peaks says why not both with Rosé Our Way
Arizona’s Four Peaks Brewing Co. released Rosé Our Way, a beer specifically brewed to mimic the flavors—and appearance—of Rosé wine. “Rosé Our Way is our attempt to bring an end to the ‘beer or wine’ debate we see happening at dinner tables nationwide every night,” says Andy Ingram, Four Peaks’ co-founder and head brewer. “Some people prefer beer with dinner. Some people prefer wine. So we said, ‘Why not both?’”
To achieve a wine-like flavor, Four Peaks’ brewers designed Rosé Our Way with Mosaic, Hallertau Blanc and Southern Passion hops, which are known to exhibit berry, melon, and grape flavors similar to those found in Rosé wine. They then added cranberry juice for a hint of tartness and an alluring blush of color. Another advantage Rosé Our Way has over its namesake wine: The beer is relatively low in carbohydrates, at just 5 grams per 12-ounce bottle.
Montclair Brewery, Harlem Brewing honor Black History month and Gil Noble
In honor of Black History month, Montclair Brewery collaborated with Harlem Brewing Company on the Noble Like It Is Porter in honor of Gil Noble, a renowned African-American journalist, professor, pianist, news reporter, anchor, producer and host of WABC “Like it Is” a weekly television program that focused on issues relevant to the African American community. Brewed with Jamaican pimento seeds (allspice), Noble Like It Is Porter is available on draft in their taproom and at select New Jersey distribution partners in 16 oz cans.
“It is so important for us to use our brewery as a platform to educate others about Black History and we love to incorporate ingredients from our Caribbean and African cultures into our brews,” said Denise Ford Sawadogo, general manager and co-owner. “Brews like the Noble Like It Is are special because it allows us to honor Montclair history and Black history simultaneously.”
Harpoon teams Mike’s Pastry for the ultimate treat

In addition to their original cannoli-inspired stout, Harpoon will be releasing a 9.0% ABV version of the beer that was aged in rye whiskey barrels to accentuate its creamy vanilla characteristics and provide notes of cinnamon, caramel, and rye spice.
For those craving a little extra sweetness, cannoli fans can also take the whole Mike’s Pastry experience home with a Harpoon Mike’s Pastry Cannoli Stout & Mike’s Pastry Cannoli Kit. The kits are available at Harpoon’s Boston Beer Hall for $45 and contain a 4-pack of Mike’s Pastry Cannoli Stout, 6 cannoli shells, filling, and toppings.
