In the coming months, UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education is doubling down on its online brewing courses, featuring a variety of online options for home and professional brewers, or anyone interested in taking their craft to the next level.

The Brewing Lecture Webinar Series features well-known brewing experts sharing their knowledge on various topics from malt quality to beer law. At just $49 each, these short webinars allow brewers to quickly get familiar with specific brewing issues and participate in live Q&As for further advice and clarification on the topic. All webinars are live and take place on Zoom at 4 p.m. The next webinars in the series include:

The online Beer Quality Series created by Charlie Bamforth provides brewers with an in-depth look over several weeks at how to ensure quality beer. These entertaining, self-paced courses cover all the key aspects that go into making a great beer in a straightforward and easy-to-understand format. Students who successfully complete these courses can also earn skill-level badges demonstrating their mastery in foam, flavor, freshness, color and clarity, and quality systems. For a limited time, all Beer Quality courses are available at a discounted price of $299 each. The following courses begin October 5.
