My body mass is growing quickly. Whilst juggling multiple desk jobs and being a full-time dad to a two-year-old boy at home during a pandemic, I have not had the time or stamina to do a proper workout — one that doesn’t entail my son pointing and saying, “Run dadda!”
But I think I found an inbetweener. This workout video just uploaded by Great Lakes Brewing Co. encompasses both the relaxing art of drinking beer and also the physicality of faux exercise (the best I can hope for).
