Dickies, the world’s leading performance workwear brand, has teamed up with Rahr and Sons Brewing Co. to bring the best of Fort Worth to Denver with an interactive exhibit at the annual Great American Beer Festival, Oct. 5-7, 2017. This will be the second year the two companies co-exhibit at the show, giving attendees a chance to experience Dickies brewers’ apparel and Rahr’s diverse flavors of craft beer.
Attendees visiting Booth #39 will be treated to 600 square-feet of Texas pride. Dickies will have its latest brewery workwear styles on hand (like this new Slim Fit Twill shirt), and festival-goers can enjoy the experience of playing a game of coin toss to win a classic Dickies Work Shirt decorated with a unique patch or a cool bottle opener if they can’t quite beat the game. Rahr and Sons will also feature 10 of their beers on tap in the booth, and for the more scruffy attendees the booth will feature a vintage-style barbershop, offering free beard trims.
“The brewing scene is full of workers dedicated to building a foundational community that thrives on passion and hard work,” said Brent Streit, VP of marketing at Dickies. “Dickies, along with partners like Rahr and Sons, is dedicated to bringing that sense of community and passion to brewers at the festival and showing the value of hard work and the skills needed to craft something by hand.”
The Brew Crew program
Because brewers work hard, Dickies created the Brew Crew program to reward them with special offers and exclusive discounts. In addition to the exclusive offers, Dickies Brew Crew members can stay up-to-date on workwear trends and technology, as well as learning about unique brewery events Dickies supports.
“We are proud to join forces with Dickies once again at one of the beer industry’s top festivals and competitions,” said Fritz Rahr, owner of Rahr and Sons. “Like Dickies, we applaud our fellow brewers for their skill and passion. Rahr and Sons knows first-hand just how hard brewers work to craft great beer.”
Rahr and Sons shares that same enthusiasm and dedication to its craft as a four-time winner at the Great American Beer Festival, including back-to-back awards for The Regulator (bronze in 2014 and gold in 2015). The brewery also previously won silver in 2012 for Iron Thistle and gold in 2015 for Oktoberfest.
