A brewery is the sum of its parts, and the best breweries make sure all of those parts make sense together and match the goals of the business. With demand often outpacing original business plans, breweries should always be at the ready to make that next investment to make sure growth and expansion is handled smoothly. The Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America is the perfect time to gather this intel. Whether you are in the market for that new mash filtration system now or hope to be within five years or so, now is the time to understand the benefits of every product and manufacturer out there.
As part of our seemingly endless CBC preview, here are seven brewery equipment booths you’ll want to stop by on the expo floor.

Pro saw the need for a system to bridge the gap in chiller capacity (and price) between the medium and the large size ranges, the Pro V Scroll Series fills this void perfectly. The V Scroll Series is offered in two models, each with independent dual compressor configurations in either 20 or 30 total horsepower.
