San Antonio-based Branchline Brewing Co. sent word that it is expanding with the purchase of a new canning line. This new equipment will allow the company to produce and package more canned beer for thirsty customers across the Lone Star State. The new equipment comes used from Latitude 42 Brewing Co. in Portage, Mich., and is manufactured by Cask Equipment.

Branchline started 2016 by expanding its six year-round brews into cans. Shady Oak Blonde Ale, Evil Owl Amber Ale, Woodcutter Rye IPA, Dark Territory Oatmeal Stout, Silver & Black IPA and The Visitor IPA are now all available in your favorite liquor and grocery stores all around San Antonio.
The canning line accompanies a new fermenting vessel that arrived earlier in the month of June. Branchline’s growth helps to fuel the local craft beer industry in San Antonio, and this new equipment will allow them to produce more beer for the Alamo City. Cheers to local beer!
