Adorable dog photos from Rogue’s Frogs and Dogs fest

The folks at Rogue Ales & Spirits consider themselves lovers. They love beer, conservation, community, dogs and even frogs. More than 1,100 humans and canines hopped, skipped, jumped and walked to the Rogue’s Issaquah brewery this past weekend for the 4th Annual Frogs and Dogs festival, benefiting the Friends of the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery (FISH). Frogs and Dogs is the second largest dog-beer festival in the world and is an annual outdoor celebration of everything in food and beer that involves either frogs or dogs.

The headlining event — The Doggie Olympics — consisted of doggie dancing, doggie musical chairs and best dog trick. Best Trick was won by Loki, the black lab mix who demonstrated his ability to play dead flawlessly. Proceeds from Frogs and Dogs will support FISH, whose mission is to advocate retaining and improving the historic Issaquah Salmon Hatchery and to promote watershed stewardship through education.
