Inside Ellicottville Brewing Co.’s brewhouse installation with Gusmer Enterprises

The inspiration for Ellicottville Brewing Co.,  nestled in Ellicottville, N.Y., actually struck on the slopes of Vail, Colo. Being in one of the top craft beer states caused visions to spring to life of a homegrown Ellicottville brewery .  The brewery opened in 1995. As the brewery grew, so did demand for its craft beers. To bring yet another dream to reality, Ellicottville Brewing teamed up with Gusmer Enterprises Inc. to install a Esau&Hueber System NERB Brewhouse.
